I posted this review on Yelp as well.....I'm a firm believer of paying it forward. And this one is deserved.
After discovering a nail in the tire and a rather serious leak, we were referred to CV Tire Pros by John Nakayama of Nakayama Motorsports in Castro Valley. "Ask for Eric, he'll take good care of you." In my world, nice words but action speaks louder than words. However, in this case, I was blown away by the kindness, quality of service, customer interaction and overall professionalism of Eric and his entire team at Castro Valley Tire Pros. He by far exceeded our expectations and in my eyes, gained.... I mean.... EARNED a new customer. I have a passion for supporting our local businesses.... when they deliver on a quality, sound product and service. Not just any local business but the ones who earn it and deserve it. KUDOS to everyone there at Castro Valley Tire Pros. When in need of any tire service, find Eric! You'll have confidence you'll be in good hands!

I brought my wife’s Genesis GV80 in for an oil change. I asked that Juan do the oil change as he had done it the last time and the oil filter is very tricky to remove and replace.
When I got back home I remembered that I also needed to get the tires rotated and went back to the shop. The attendant behind the counter said it would take about an hour so I decided to wait.
A few minutes later Juan came thru and saw me sitting there and asked what I was back in for. I said I forgot to mention that I needed the tires rotated. He said I already did all that for you.
Not that what I call incredible customer service. Juan went the extra mile and did the “whole” job without being asked.
Hats off the the folks at Castro Valley Tire Pros and Juan in particular.

My girlfriend is travel nursing in Oakland. She got off a nightshift and found low tire pressure in two tires. I called Castro Valley Tire Pros from Dallas to see if they could help her. Eric got her in, inspected her tires, topped them off and got her back on the road in just a few minutes. They were very professional and courteous, provided lots of education and did not try to make a hard sell. The quote on new tires was reasonable (she only needed 3 and the only suggested changing 3). Overall it was a great experience. They were fast, kind, courteous and professional. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing tire service.

I have been coming here for 20 years as a woman I've never felt taken advantage of like other mechanic shops they always give me the best deals with fast and accurate service lucky to have this local shop

I have been using their tires service fornmy tesla model x one too many blow outs with nails and screws and also my tires were pretty worn been driving car constantly for the past 2 years so they ordered me up one and service are awlays fast and friendly

We needed 2 tires for a used car we acquired. Normally, I head over to Costco for tires, but this time I decided to stay local and skip the holiday rush at Costco. They were friendly start to finish and even put on a front license plate for us. They lived up to all the good reviews I’ve heard from friends and have read online. Everything was done in a timely manner, too. We will be back.
